Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to carefully process and prepare your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily follow your delivery.
We currently ship within Australia, and internationally to New Zealand and the United States via Australia Post and international postal partners.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Times
Australia (Standard Shipping)
- Fee: $10 AUD (Free shipping on orders over $50 AUD)
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
New Zealand (Standard Shipping)
- Fee: $20 AUD
- Delivery Time: 8–12 business days (metro areas)
United States (Standard Shipping)
- Fee: $35 AUD
- Delivery Time: 8–12 business days (between major metro areas)
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location and are outside of our control once dispatched.
Important Information
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
In the event that a parcel is lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the delivery provider. However, Solsora is not liable for compensation for lost parcels caused by the carrier.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that orders delivered outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees upon arrival. Solsora is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or charges applied by destination customs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
